I was trying to get close to my deskmate today and I was giving her so f*cking many compliments... I told her how she has a pretty face in real life, and how she's freaking pretty. She has a Gucci wallet and has so many expensive things. I also complimented her on how she has a nice family. Anyways, I was trying so hard to get close to her and she looked at me and said "no matter what you do, it'll be hard for us to be friends so just stop. I only befriend people that are of my level". I was so shocked by the nonsense, I'm so sad.
